However, today most quality conscious residents of Jaipur and nearby cities, are opting for residential apartment living.<\/p>\n<br>\n<p>Find out why Jaipur couple, Neeraj and Akansha, moved from their Independent home in Malviya Nagar, Jaipur to a high-rise <a style=\"color: blue;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ashianahousing.com\/comfort-homes-residential-properties-india\/jaipur\">apartments in Jaipur.<\/a>.<\/p>\n<br>\n<p>Neeraj and Akansha are both in their mid-40s and have two kids, aged 14 and 11. Akansha is an homemaker, while Neeraj runs a business.<\/p>\n<br>\n<p>Earlier the family was living in an independent, two-storey home in Malviya Nagar, Jaipur. For those who don\u2019t know, Malviya Nagar is a prime residential location in the city. After living there for around eight years, the couple felt that living in an independent house wasn\u2019t right for them.<\/p>\n<br>\n\n\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/vM_rlTEKWQM\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen=\"\" width=\"920\" height=\"400\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><br><br>\n\n\n<p><strong>#ResidentSpeak | What Residents Have To Say About Vrinda Gardens<\/strong><\/p>\n<br>\n<p>There were several issues that they faced there. Neeraj shared, \u201c I had to deal with plenty of society issues every other day. One biggest area of friction was parking. There was no dedicated space for parking on our premises. Also maintaining the house was getting difficult every year. My kids didn&#8217;t have any areas for playing and would often play on the road outside the house. I felt that was not safe.\u201d<\/p>\n<br>\n<p>They then shifted to their new <strong>3 bhk flat in Jaipur<\/strong> in a premium, high-rise apartment in jagatpura Jaipur.<\/p>\n<br>\n<p>The amenities and lifestyle of apartment living excited Akanksha. \u201c She is a regular user of the on-campus gym and swimming pools\u201d, Neeraj shared.<\/p>\n<br>\n<p>Akanksha further explained, \u201c I used to travel a long distance in traffic for my workout. Having a gym right on the campus along with the walking trails and swimming pools makes it easy to stay fit. Also, I no longer have to worry about whether the gardener or maid turns up to clean the outdoor yard. Here, everything is taken care of by the management, providing me with ample time to pursue my hobbies or take part in the Supermom club organized by the apartment community.\u201d<\/p>\n<br>\n<p>Here\u2019s what Neeraj &nbsp;had to say about the move, \u201cOne big relief for me is that complex has CCTV cameras, trusted security and security personnel monitoring the premises 24 x 7. I can breathe easy knowing that my kids and wife are safe at home, even if I\u2019m on the road travelling for business.\u201d<\/p>\n<br>\n<p>The couple also mentioned that the kids are no longer glued to tablets and TV, as they have plenty of other kids to play and interact with right on the campus.
